Tracking Your Order

If you have purchased an item from our website and have received a tracking number from us you can use the following link to track your order, or call Courier Post direct on 0800 268 743

Tracking Process

If you have placed an order with Made For Her you will receive a tracking number and link to track the progress of your order by email once your item is shipped.

All in stock items are shipped the same day for orders before 4:00pm Monday - Friday. No orders are shipped on public holidays or weekends.

New Zealand Addresses Delivery Times

Depending on what shipping method you selected when purchasing your jewellery the delivery time will vary.

• FREE Shipping, 2 - 5 Days: This option can take anywhere between 2 - 5 full working day. Usually this option will arrive within three working days but we do not guarantee this unless you choose one of the paid shipping methods below.

Standard Courier Tracked, 1 - 3 Working Days: This option will take up to three full working days for delivery. If for example you purchase an item on Friday afternoon before 2:00pm you can expect to have your item/s by the following Wednesday at the latest. If you purchase an item on a Monday after 2:00pm they will not be processed until the following day so you can expect delivery by the following Thursday.

Courier Tracked Next Day Delivery: This option will have your items delivered within one full working day of your purchase. For example, if you purchase an item before 2:00pm on a Monday the item will be delivered the following day, Tuesday. If you purchased the item after 2:00pm on the Monday your item may not arrive until the Wednesday as it will not be dispatched until the Tuesday morning. Please note this option does not allow a Saturday delivery. For all Saturday deliveries you must select the shipping method for Saturday delivery in checkout.

Courier Tracked Saturday Delivery: This option allows you to receive your items on the next Saturday after you purchase for all purchases before 2:00pm on the Friday.

Tracking Your Item

To track your item go to the following website and enter your tracking code that was supplied when we completed your order.

If you do not have a tracking number please check your spam and junk email folders as every item we ship has a tracking number and this will be emailed as soon as your item is dispatched.

Undelivered Items

If in the unlikely event your item has not arrived in the expected delivery time we have the following procedure to help us deal with your request:

  • First use the link above to track your orders status and see if your item has been delivered
  • If your item shows as completed or delivered then please contact our courier company Courier Post on 0800 268 743 and quote your tracking number
  • If your item shows as any other option i.e. in transit, picked up etc. then please check you delivery times again before contacting Courier Post. If after checking your delivery time your item is still past it's expected delivery date then please contact Courier Post on 0800 268 743 and quote your tracking number.
  • If after completing the above options you still do not have your item or know where your item is in the delivery process please email us on [email protected]
