Returns Procedure

To return your item/s and receive a replacement you must complete the following steps:

  • • Inform us in writing via email including details of the defect, your delivery details and invoice number. Email [email protected]

Once we receive your item we will carry out a default check and inform you of the outcome. All items found to warranty a replacement will be shipped within seven working days.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled and a full refund issued if you make telephone contact with us on 022 3768250 before your item has been shipped.

All products purchased on this website are shipped the same day when orders are placed on a working day before 12:00pm. If your order is placed after 12:00pm on a full working day the item will be shipped by 10:00am the following working day. Any orders placed on a Saturday and up to 10am on the following Monday will be shipped by 10am Monday.

All orders place on a public holiday will be shipped by 10am the following working day.

If you make contact after your item has been shipped we do not offer any cancellations.
