Question: Do you have a shop where I can view your jewellery?
Answer: No. We are an online store only, this allows us provide the best quality products at the lowest prices in New Zealand.

Question: Do I have to be home for the delivery?
Answer: No. All deliveries are tracked and if you are not home to collect the item the delivery driver will leave the package in your mailbox or at your front door.

Question: Do you have jewellery in stock in New Zealand?
Answer: Yes. All jewellery on our website that allows you to add the item to your cart are in stock and available for next working day delivery across New Zealand. Out of stock items can still be viewed on our website but you will not be able to add them to your cart and you will also see an 'Out of Stock' notice on the product page itself.

Question: Do you deliver to rural (RD) address?
Answer: Yes, but delivery can take an extra 1-2 full working days.

Question: If I'm sending jewellery as a gift can you not send the invoice or have your name of the package?
